• Customer Service: We maintain vigilant oversight of your application's progress and will promptly contact you if the Passport Agency flags any issues. In some cases, you may also be contacted directly by government officials.
• Document Review: Before submitting your documents, we review them to ensure accuracy and completeness. This attention to detail is critical for successful passport renewals.
• Comprehensive Support: We provide extensive support throughout all stages of the application process, particularly during your visit to a Passport Acceptance Agent at a post office or courthouse, ensuring you have all necessary documentation.
• Tracking Information: We supply a FedEx tracking number for the return shipment of your passport, keeping you informed every step of the way.
• Guaranteed On-Time Delivery: We guarantee that your passport will be delivered in time for your travel plans, provided your documents are in order and there are no delays from the government. If we fail to meet this guarantee due to our own delays, we will refund all Passport Express fees including shipping, we do not refund Government Fees.

Limitations of Passport Express Services

While we strive to offer exceptional service, there are certain factors outside our control:

• Handling External Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the Passport Agency, FedEx, or other external entities.
• No Refunds After Submission: Once your documents are submitted to the government, we are unable to offer refunds should you choose to cancel your application.
• Non-Refundable Service Fees: Fees related to Passport Express courier appointments are non-refundable, even if the passport is not issued. As a courier service, we submit your documents promptly, but we cannot control the processing outcomes once they are with the government.
• Ethical Standards: We uphold the highest ethical standards and do not engage in forging documents or influencing officials for preferential treatment.
